At LESS 17, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and shoe boxes are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest carrier location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
